With the growing interest in some of the great music from the 20s, 30s, 40, etc I'm starting to believe that they may warrant a section of their own. And yes, I gladly volunteer to help in any way possible. :-)

I agree that there should be a section. Or, at least a thread that keeps growing. It's frustrating to look to see what, if any new OTR programs there are and it's page after page of, essentially, single golden age of music selections. I understand that they all were (or at least I assume they all were) taken from radio broadcasts, but that somewhat, to me, defeats "recent additions" intent.

Anyone agree or disagree with me?

After listening to some of them, I'm starting to wonder if they're from radio shows or vinyl.

I'm not disparaging the music at all. I enjoy it. I guess the point is that more and more music is becoming available from the period. It possibly merits a section of its own - particularly if it is just music from LP, 45 and 78 recordings.

Just my 2 cents, adjusted for inflation.
